HR2day Reiskostenvergoeding Extension
The HR2day Reiskostenvergoeding extension is an unofficial add-on designed to simplify the process of submitting travel expense claims in HR2day. This extension is exclusively available for employees of Hogeschool Rotterdam.
When you are on the "Declaratie woon-werk en thuiswerkvergoeding" page in HR2day, simply open the extension and indicate whether you worked from home or traveled to work for each workday. Then, click the "Declaratie uitvoeren" button, and the extension will automatically fill in all the necessary details for you. Your home location will be automatically entered, and you only need to input your work location once. Please ensure to manually review the claim for accuracy and click the "Indienen" button in HR2day to submit it.
To expedite the submission process even further, you have the option to set up a weekly schedule. In this schedule, you can input your average week in terms of working from home and commuting, allowing you to fill in the entire month with just one click.
